My mission is to serve Santa Cruz
by delivering superb care for people of all ages with an emphasis on
health, wellness and prevention. My goal is to do this in a vital and
sustainable practice, where I love to work, my patients love to come,
and where care is collaborative and supportive.
This practice is unique. While I am currently experimenting with using some staff, there are very few barriers between my patients and myself. When you call, you will either speak directly to me or you will be able to reach me quickly. I like to get to know my patients well. Your first visit with me will be 1 1/2 to 2 hours long. Follow up visits are usually 45 minutes to an hour. My approach to medical care is through the lens of functional medicine. This medical approach examines all the facets of your life and health to get you functioning at your optimum.
In addition to providing medical care for the whole family, I also provide medical acupuncture services. As I mention above, my overall focus is integrative using functional medicine as my approach.
